1. Scope
1.1. The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts that customers conclude with COSYPURE, a division of THE ASB GROUP, via the online shop.
1.2. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless CosyPure has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
3.2. By clicking on the button "Order with payment" the customer places a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when CosyPure accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and payment terms
4.1. All prices include VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. CosyPure reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
5. Delivery and shipping costs
5.1. Delivery takes place within Germany and to selected countries. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are visible during the ordering process.
5.2. The delivery time is usually 7-10 working days, unless otherwise stated.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. The customer has a legal right of cancellation. The exact terms and conditions can be found in the cancellation policy on the CosyPure website.
7. Warranty and liability
7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2. CosyPure shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health resulting from a negligent or intentional breach of duty as well as for other damages resulting from a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty.
8. Data protection
8.1. CosyPure complies with applicable data protection laws. The privacy policy can be viewed on the CosyPure website.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9.2 If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the court responsible for our company headquarters in Hamburg.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
